Job Overview

As a Sales Professional, you will be the face of our company, meeting clients, discussing their home comfort needs, and offering tailored solutions that enhance their comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing sales and acquiring new, long-term clients for our home comfort solutions.
  • Using a consultative sales approach to assess client needs and recommend the best solutions.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients through honesty, integrity, and excellent service.
  • Generating high referral-based sales through exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • HVAC or home services experience is a must.
  • 2+ years of consultative sales experience with a proven record of closing deals.
  • Goal-oriented, driven to succeed, and excited about the challenge of acquiring new business.
  • Strong understanding of the psychology of sales and how to connect with customers on a personal level.
  • Tech-savvy with excellent computer skills and experience using company-provided technology.
  • A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
