E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team at Rtsp Llc. This is a full-time position that involves managing various support functions for multiple host sites.
Key Responsibilities- Fulfilling all online orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Managing, organizing, and tracking E-commerce orders from start to finish
- Implementing ongoing content updates on the E-Commerce platform, including new products, pricing, images, videos, promotions, and more
- Maintaining product accuracy by collaborating with various departments, staff members, and vendor contracts
- Creating customer-facing content tailored to digital shopping experiences
- Working closely with the Shipping and Receiving Administrator to cross-reference shipping and receiving E-Commerce orders
- Providing excellent customer service, responding to emails and phone calls related to online sales
- Conducting SEO and Keyword Optimization tasks to improve online visibility
- Associates Degree preferred, but not required
- At least two years of experience in E-commerce operations
- Web/graphic design skills beneficial, but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- A self-starter with high attention to detail
- Able to type competently
- Must pass a background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
This role requires regular communication with executives, employees, and customers at all levels, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
