Job Title: Assembly Worker - Panel Technician I
Location: Randolph, MA
Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour (based on skill level)
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Overview:
Our client is a manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented Panel Technician I to join our assembly team. This role involves assembling and wiring control panels by interpreting blueprints and schematics, using hand tools, and working with small components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and mount components on sub-panels, following blueprints and schematics.
  • Cut, crimp, and label wires according to specifications.
  • Use hand tools, including screwdrivers, to install and secure small parts.
  • Mark components on the sub-panel for clarity and accuracy.
  • Work with control panels and ensure all components meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with hand tools and working with small parts.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
