Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Operator to join our team in Hudson, WI. As an Industrial Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our manufacturing equipment, ensuring high-quality production and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including automated machinery and manual processes.
  • Pack and package products according to customer specifications and company production standards.
  • Monitor and control production lines, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including every other weekend.
  • Essential reading and writing skills required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for 8-12 hours during a shift.
