Key Responsibilities- General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, minor repairs, cleaning, and preventative maintenance to ensure the overall upkeep of our properties.
- Work Order Management: Respond to and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service to our tenants and stakeholders.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and perform preventative maintenance duties to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Site Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by identifying and mitigating potential hazards, and participating in rotating emergency service call coverage.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with building tenants, management, and vendors to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements to enhance our operations.
- Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel to additional JeNet Management LLC properties as needed.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a residential or commercial building maintenance environment.
- Technical Skills: Possess technical, vocational, or minor electrical and light plumbing, light carpentry, and routine preventative maintenance experience.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service skills, with proficiency in English.
- Computer Literacy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook, electronic work order, and preventative maintenance systems.
- Driver's License: Valid, reputable driver's license.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.
