- Experience: Minimum 3 years of transportation underwriting or brokerage experience required, excess & surplus experience preferred.
- Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in sales and marketing, proven organization skills, and a strong attention to detail.
- Professional Development: Interest in continued education and professional development, with a preference for insurance licenses, CPCU, CIC, or comparable designations.
