Job Overview

U.S. Xpress - OTR is seeking a qualified Class A CDL Company Driver to join our team. As a Company Driver, you will enjoy a consistent schedule, great pay, and 24/7 support.

Our Company Drivers can earn up to $50 CPM based on experience and location, with an average of 2,220+ miles per week. We offer a range of benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) match and tuition reimbursement.

To be eligible for this position, you must have a Class A License (CDL A) and at least 3 months of verifiable experience. Flex Fleet drivers must live within 250 miles of a U.S. Xpress terminal.

We offer a variety of routes and schedules to fit your needs, including a 30 days out/28 days home schedule. Our team will help you find a suitable partner if you don't already have one, and we offer a sponsorship program for family members or friends.
