Nurse Expert

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at Total Renal Care, Inc. in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Nurse to work in a fast-paced environment, providing care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering dialysis treatments, monitoring patient vital signs, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and care.
- Work closely with PCTs to provide comprehensive care to patients, including conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing education and support.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) may be beneficial, but not required.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification may be advantageous, but not necessary.
