We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering high-quality food services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a well-trained and driven team that produces exceptional food, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and work safety.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement creative menus that meet the needs of our clients and stay in line with current market trends.
- Manage inventory, ordering, production planning, schedules, payroll, and supplies to ensure budget compliance.
- Lead a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Requirements:**
- Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited culinary program preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sous chef or executive chef in fine dining establishments, hotels, and/or resorts or country clubs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fully competent with Microsoft Office and ordering platforms.
