Our company, Service Corporation International, is a leader in the death care industry. We're seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include greeting and directing guests, answering phone calls, and performing general office duties. You will also be responsible for maintaining a comfortable environment for clients, providing beverages and amenities as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for receiving and processing mail and packages, and maintaining organized and current electronic and paper files. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities:**

* Greet and direct guests, clients, and visitors
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
* Perform general office duties, including data entry and filing
* Maintain a comfortable environment for clients, providing beverages and amenities as needed
* Receive and process mail and packages
* Maintain organized and current electronic and paper files

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Six months of general office, receptionist, or administrative support experience
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
