About the Opportunity:Westbrook Toyota is seeking a seasoned and highly motivated professional to lead our parts department in Westbrook, CT. As an experienced Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the inventory management, hiring, training, and wholesale operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of inventory management, ensuring optimal levels and turnover rates.
- Collaboration with service and sales departments to develop and maintain positive relationships.
- Work with OEM representatives to understand and comply with Toyota standards and warranty requirements.
- Maintenance of profitability goals and an organized work environment.
- Effective communication with team members and other department managers.
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager in an automotive dealership, preferably with Toyota or other foreign OEM brands.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, parts sourcing, and wholesale operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and train a team of parts personnel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with service and sales departments.
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
