Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Collision Center Parts Specialist to join our team at Lee Auto Mall.

As a key member of our collision center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient ordering of parts for repairs.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of automotive parts experience and possess excellent communication skills. A valid Driver's License and clean driving record are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone and in-person interactions
  • Accurately and timely order parts for collision center repairs
  • Update and maintain accurate inventory information within our dealership system
  • Reconcile invoices and packing slips, review prices and discounts for payment
  • File credit requests for shortages, damages, and parts
  • Perform administrative tasks as necessary
Requirements:
  • 1 + year(s) of experience in the automotive parts industry
  • Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computer systems
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Compensation and Benefits:
