Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Asphalt Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Allan Myers, Inc. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our asphalt products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures for asphalt products and services
  • Conduct daily quality control tests to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and customers to ensure quality control procedures are met
  • Conduct lab experiments and analyze data to ensure quality control standards are met
  • Collaborate with the asphalt, quarry, and concrete plant control rooms to ensure quality control procedures are met
  • Receive and analyze technical data from external sources to ensure quality control standards are met
Requirements
  • Asphalt Field Level 1&2 Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a scientific or engineering discipline
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience; 3-5 years preferred
  • Knowledge of types of products and product components and the applicability of government regulations on product quality
  • Knowledge of lab scientific protocols
