Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. As a primary care provider, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborating with our in-office and virtual clinical teams.
You will have the opportunity to utilize your clinical training and expertise to perform in-office procedures and participate in our shared learning experience, Rounds. We're committed to supporting your medical career through malpractice insurance, UpToDate subscription, and continuing medical education.
Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with diverse needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, and conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
- Utilize clinical training and expertise to perform in-office procedures
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
- At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year with a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in MD, obtained by start date
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $128,000 per year
- Full-time role based in Rockville, MD
