Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at 2Twelve Recruiting, LLC. As a leader in our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of projects from conception through to completion. This role offers a flexible hybrid or remote schedule, but candidates must reside in either the Atlanta Metro Area or Gainesville, GA area to collaborate effectively on projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the mechanical aspects of projects from inception to completion.
  • Attend client meetings and lead day-to-day consultant coordination.
  • Develop and direct Construction Documents and Project Detailing.
  • Conduct Construction Administration Duties, reviewing submittals and shop drawings, identifying potential issues, and assisting with resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with other disciplines to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • At least 7 – 10 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Industry.
  • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form, with an understanding of industry communication protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
