Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Manager, your primary focus will be to meet revenue targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies. This includes:

  • Overseeing all facets of lead generation, fostering relationships with local influencers to enhance community visibility and reputation.
  • Collaborating with the General Manager and sales team to formulate and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan.
  • Analyzing sales data to establish goals and actionable plans aimed at achieving sales objectives.
  • Meeting defined targets for lead conversion as outlined in the community's sales strategy.
  • Engaging with referral partners to convert leads into confirmed residents.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up on all potential leads and maintaining an updated CRM system.
  • Conducting tours for prospective residents and their families, both in-person and remotely.
  • Providing training and ongoing support to community staff involved in lead generation and tours.
  • Making proactive sales calls to encourage community visits and advance the sales process.
  • Organizing on-site and off-site events to boost lead generation and community tours.
  • Managing the marketing budget and overseeing promotional materials for the community.
  • Working with the General Manager to develop an effective internal referral program.
  • Assisting in maintaining the community's marketability and presentation standards.
  • Updating the CRM system with detailed information from all lead sources.
  • Negotiating rental agreements with prospective residents and their families within company guidelines.
  • Regularly visiting competitors to gather market intelligence as directed.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of achieving goals.
  • Ability to build relationships through various communication methods, including phone, in-person, and networking events.
  • Strong problem-solving and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet high demands for results.
  • Willingness to travel locally for lead generation events.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and compliance with company vehicle policy.
