Overview:
Sonic Anatomic Pathology is a clinical laboratory solutions leader that advances the health and wellbeing of our communities. We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to join our front line of healthcare heroes.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position based in Rye Brook, NY, offering a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of histology supervisory experience and meet all state and local licensing requirements. National certification such as HT)ASCP or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operation of the histology department, oversee employee work, and perform various tasks including staff supervision, competency assessments, interviewing, and performance evaluations. Additionally, they will be responsible for producing and maintaining productivity, quality, and turnaround time metrics, preparing and revising standard operating procedures, and adhering to department budget constraints.
