Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for processing accounts payable invoices, maintaining vendor files, and upholding confidentiality of information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Review invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Attach purchase order forms and packing slips to related invoices
  • Ensure negotiated contracts and purchase orders are paid as agreed upon
  • Research vendor statements and discrepancies
  • Perform daily input of invoices into the accounting system
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field
  • A/P experience required
