About the Role

This Industrial Electrical Assembler position is based out of Liberty Lake, Washington and offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a UL panel shop environment and be proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Construct enclosures and assemble electrical panels in compliance with UL standards.
  • Perform mechanical assembly and wiring of components.
  • Conduct quality control to ensure all products meet safety and performance standards.
  • Read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment (e.g., multimeters) proficiently.
  • Adhere to safety standards and best practices in electrical assembly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in mechanical assembly and wiring in a UL panel shop environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment (e.g., multimeters).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in electrical assembly.
