Electrical Panel Assembler Specialist

Aerotek is seeking an experienced Electrical Panel Assembler Specialist to join our team in Liberty Lake, Washington. This is a contract-to-hire position that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing enclosures and assembling electrical panels in compliance with UL standards. They will perform mechanical assembly and wiring of components, conduct quality control to ensure all products meet safety and performance standards, and read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly and wiring in a UL panel shop environment, proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Constructing enclosures and assembling electrical panels in compliance with UL standards.
  • Performing mechanical assembly and wiring of components.
  • Conducting quality control to ensure all products meet safety and performance standards.
  • Reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in mechanical assembly and wiring in a UL panel shop environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
