The operator works collaboratively in a team setting, ensuring that all work equipment and vehicles are kept clean and organized at all times. Qualifications & Requirements: Must hold a valid Class A CDL with HAZMAT endorsement. Experience with proper frac manifolding and blending techniques. Strong communication skills and the ability to understand team efforts. Quick thinking and decisive action capabilities. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Main Responsibilities:
Ensure equipment is prepared and operational for pumping on schedule. Conduct fluid checks and visual inspections of all equipment prior to operation. Safely rig up all frac equipment in a timely manner. Maintain communication with the frac supervisor throughout the job. Account for all chemicals and ensure readiness for pumping. Operate frac equipment as required. Focus on equipment responsibilities and avoid distractions. Report any issues to the frac supervisor promptly. Assist in training and mentoring fellow equipment operators in frac operations. Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks. Follow proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Fill packing lube after each stage completion. Inspect the unit to ensure readiness for pumping. Complete all necessary inspection documentation for each piece of equipment. Conduct site walks to confirm all equipment is properly shut down. Ensure safe cleanup and securement of all chemicals. Assist in maintaining cleanliness before leaving the site. Communicate any issues to the frac supervisor.
