Job Title: Barback

ASM Global, a world-leading venue management and services company, is seeking a highly skilled Barback to join our team at Capital One Hall in Tysons, VA. As a Barback, you will play a vital role in supporting our Food & Beverage Manager in delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation, mixing, and serving of beverages and food in our bars and restaurants.
  • Support the ordering, receiving, and inventory of all accountable items.
  • Ensure adequate storage of products by monitoring stock levels and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with Suite Staff, Kitchen Personnel, and Stewarding Department to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to our high standards of service.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be TABC certified.
  • Requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School education or equivalent.
  • Basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to accurately count and handle money.
  • Basic working knowledge of bar operation.
