Barback/Busser

ASM Global, a world-leading venue management and services company, is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barback/Busser. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to work in a premier food and beverage operation, supporting the Food & Beverage Manager and contributing to the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

• Assist and oversee all food and beverage requirements pertaining to the bars, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service.
• Collaborate with the Bar Manager to ensure adequate storage of products, timely ordering, and receiving of accountable items.
• Work closely with Suite Staff, Kitchen Personnel, and Stewarding department to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure proper grooming and sanitation procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues.
• Support event schedules and assignments based on business demands, adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, adhering to standards of service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be TABC certified.
• Requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.

• High School education is desired.
• Basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures.
• Sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money.
• Basic working knowledge of bar operation.

• Regularly required to move around the facility, stand for long hours during events, talk, and listen.
• May require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist.
