Position Overview
As a Waxing Technician / Skincare Specialist, you will specialize in organic hair removal techniques, particularly sugaring, which is known for its natural ingredients and suitability for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
What We Are Looking For:

- Valid Esthetician license (required).
Core Responsibilities:
- Embrace a team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Welcome clients and clearly explain the services they will receive.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workspace at all times.
- Communicate effectively with reception regarding any client service changes or special requests.
- Possess knowledge of our product offerings for potential client purchases.
- Stay informed about current promotions and packages available to clients.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Provide support and reassurance to clients with sensitive skin during their first experience.
- Training on sugar paste application will be provided by our corporate trainer.
- Adhere to state requirements for cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage with additional tips and commissions on product sales. Annual bonus potential is also available.
Shift Availability:
We are looking for candidates who can work Monday through Friday from 1 PM to 8 PM. Shift assignments will be based on business needs.
Work Authorization:
Must be authorized to work in the United States and hold a valid Esthetician license in Oregon.
