  • Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings.
  • Provide snacks for morning and afternoon coffee breaks.
  • Prepare meals according to specific dietary needs, such as diabetic or low-salt diets.
  • Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes and tidying up after meals.
  • Keep the kitchen organized and orderly at all times.
  • Coordinate meal preparation based on the number of residents and guests.
  • Ensure the refrigerator and freezer are clean and well-organized, monitoring expiration dates.
  • Store opened food items in sealed containers to maintain freshness.
  • Log temperatures of refrigerators, freezers, and food items daily.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations as required by local health authorities.
  • Organize and manage food and beverage services for special events.
  • Safely operate kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Dietary Supervisor or Administrator.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • At least one year of experience in a kitchen setting is preferred.
