Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Summary:
Leoforce is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN with Leoforce, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing high-quality patient care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient's condition and chart effectively
- Perform evaluation tasks such as vital signs and medication review
- Provide physical support as needed, including tracheostomy and gastrostomy tube care
- Offer private duty nursing services for children and young adults with special needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator care, feeding tubes, nebulizer treatments, and TPN
