Job Summary

We're seeking a confident leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for managing operations, interacting with customers, and managing revenue and cost budgets. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a knowledgeable team that prioritizes dog wellness and safety
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship for store employees
  • Uphold quality standards through hands-on participation, employee audits, and training
  • Promptly and accurately communicate information from upper management to your team
  • Identify when/where help is needed and provide assistance to keep Scenthound on schedule
  • Create an environment conducive to teamwork, open communication, and Scenthound values
  • Manage client expectations; Resolve customer concerns
  • Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times
Requirements
  • Management experience
  • Customer service experience (retail, restaurant)
  • Strength to lift up to 70 pounds; stamina to stand for long periods of time
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work Saturdays

Compensation

$19.00 per hour
