We are seeking a qualified and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team in a Med/Surg unit. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- Possess or eligible to obtain licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Idaho
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- One year of work experience as a RN in a Med/Surg setting
- One year of Epic experience
- Board Certified
- Competitive pay scale based on years of experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 with a 2-year commitment, or $20,000 with a 3-year commitment
- Relocation Assistance: negotiable based on relocation distance with a 2-year work requirement
- Medical insurance, prescription coverage, dental benefits, vision benefits, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, 401K retirement plan, paid time off, and employee assistance program
