Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to coordinate and oversee the healthcare needs of an established caseload at The Arc Mid-Hudson's Palmer Center.

About the Role

This full-time position will require the LPN to work with a geriatric population, utilizing their clinical experience to provide high-quality patient care. Prior experience in a nursing home environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee the health care needs of an established caseload
  • Work with the geriatric population, providing individualized care
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
  • Minimum one year of clinical experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $24.00 to $26.40 per hour, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Working Hours

This position requires a rotating schedule with 40 hours worked per week. Specific days and hours may vary between weeks.
