Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Quality and Compliance Program Manager and Leadership Team to generate and report statistical data focusing on agency-wide quality and performance metrics.
  • Conduct compliance monitoring visits and document findings for program leadership.
  • Develop a quality review process and initiate actions to maintain or enhance service quality. Assist in creating policies and procedures as needed.
  • Participate in the regular evaluation of departmental and program service operations.
  • Support the licensure application and renewal processes for all annual contracts.
  • Coordinate and lead quality improvement initiatives, incident reviews, and consumer focus group discussions.
  • Work with Program Managers to ensure preparedness for agency accreditation.
  • Manage inquiries submitted to the incident review and compliance ticketing systems.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, an Associate's degree with relevant experience in compliance, IT, data collection, and electronic management systems will be considered.
  • Strong experience in data collection, clinical chart reviews, and knowledge of regulatory functions within non-profit human service environments.
  • Familiarity with infographic reporting tools is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and network technologies is essential, along with the ability to learn departmental software products.
  • Ability to engage positively with diverse individuals and skill levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to manage confidential information while maintaining positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Stay informed about County, State, and Federal policies and procedures.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
