Position Overview:
The role entails overseeing the execution of contract obligations and ensuring project milestones are met.

Key responsibilities include monitoring installation activities and coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate the timely and efficient completion of projects.

Regular reporting on project progress to the Project Manager is essential. The candidate will supervise operations to ensure compliance with contract specifications and drawings.

Preparation of method statements, shop drawings, installation checklists, progress reports, and other pertinent documentation for M&E tasks is required, in collaboration with project teams.

Coordination with subcontractors and consultants for the submission and preparation of shop drawings is crucial. The role also involves technical submissions with suppliers and subcontractors.

Assisting the Project Manager in negotiating and procuring materials, equipment, and labor within the approved budget is expected.

Engaging in technical discussions with stakeholders to address site-related issues is part of the job.

Collaboration with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and clients regarding shop drawings, equipment submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning is necessary.

Experience in Data Center projects is considered advantageous.

Mechanical Expertise:
Proficiency in air conditioning, mechanical ventilation systems, fire protection systems, and plumbing.

Electrical Expertise:
Knowledge of HT, LV, ELV systems, lighting controls, and BMS.

Required Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:
This position is based in Singapore. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the construction sector is required. The candidate will support the Project Manager in monitoring project progress. Proficiency in English and Bahasa is necessary.

Applicants should be detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and able to thrive under pressure to meet project deadlines. Willingness to travel based on project site requirements is essential.
