Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP BRIM Convergent Charging solutions tailored for subscription-based business models. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of configuration and integration with Subscription Order Management (SOM) and Convergent Invoicing (CI) components.
  • Engage with SAP BRIM systems, particularly focusing on FI-CI and general FI-CA functionalities.
  • Assist in defining business requirements and designing processes, including scenario design and flow mapping related to SAP BRIM functionalities.
  • Develop functional designs for SAP BRIM, including prototyping, test planning, execution, training coordination, and documentation of operational support procedures.
  • Design, implement, test, and deploy both prototype and production solutions for SAP BRIM, ensuring seamless integration with other modules and applications.
  • Provide daily support to business units utilizing Convergent Invoicing, including:
    • Handling Bit/Billable Item/Invoice Corrections
    • Troubleshooting and Debugging
    • Managing Feature/Modification Intakes
    • Conducting Testing and Documentation
    • Overseeing Incident Intake and Handling
    • Engaging in Stakeholder Management
  • Capable of creating Process Definition Documents (PDD), Business Design Documents (BDD), and Business Process Procedures (BPP) for the solutions delivered.
  • Demonstrate the ability to configure the SAP BRIM CC module, delivering work products that align with client standards and requirements.
  • Exhibit strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP CRM and SD modules.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Required:

At least one complete end-to-end implementation experience with BRIM CC, integrated with SAP SD/CRM.

Proficient in configuring and defining various aspects of BRIM CC.

Experience as an SAP BRIM (CC) Functional Consultant, focusing on implementing solutions for subscription business models, with a solid understanding of CC setup and integration with SOM and CI components. Extensive experience in SAP CRM/SD pricing functionalities is also essential.

Familiarity with the following Functional Areas:

  • SAP SD pricing functionalities
  • SAP CRM

Critical Skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP Quality Assurance with exposure to SAP SOM, SD, FI, and RAR.
