SRS Consulting Inc is seeking a highly skilled SAP PP/QM professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Order Management: Configure and customize process order management, execution, and material staging with WM-PP interface, scheduling & confirmation.
  • Shop Floor Printing and Batch Records: Design and implement shop floor printing, batch records printing, and label printing.
  • Intercompany Processes: Develop expertise in intercompany processes involving STO & Handling Unit Management.
  • MES Interface and Third-Party Manufacturing: Design and troubleshoot MES interface and other third-party manufacturing interfaces.
  • Quality Management: Configure and customize Quality Planning, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control in QM module.
  • Purchase Order Receipts and Production Order Receipts: Implement purchase order receipts, production order receipts, and other goods receipts.
  • Recurring Inspections and Analytical Testing: Configure recurring inspections, analytical testing, stability testing, and micro testing.
  • Lot to Lot Transfer and Expiration Date Monitoring: Implement lot to lot transfer and expiration date monitoring.
  • Customize Stock Positioning Function: Customize the stock positioning function to move stock from the current lot status to the new lot status.
  • Restricted Stock Batch Status: Re-configure SAP QM to activate the use of the 'Restricted Stock' batch status toggle switch.
  • Electronic Batch Records and User Exits: Implement approval and archival of electronic batch records and knowledge of user exits.
  • IDocs Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Develop expertise in IDocs monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Testing and Documentation: Conduct testing and documentation, including writing enhancement functional specifications.
  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze processes, make recommendations for changes, and translate them into SAP solutions to support improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong Expertise: Strong expertise in configuration and customization of SAP PP/QM module.
  • Business Process Understanding: In-depth understanding of business processes, business workflow, and process mappings in SAP environment.
