Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality plans to ensure customer satisfaction and company compliance.
  • Assist in process development and improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and lead continual improvement activities, including corrective and preventive actions within the quality management system.
  • Provide documentation of analyses and proposals for continual improvement.
  • Coordinate and submit PPAP documentation to customers and suppliers.
  • Support leadership in training team members in quality techniques.
  • Participate in APQP and ECO activities to develop control plans, FMEA's, and process flow diagrams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with supply partners and customers.
  • Investigate nonconforming material and work with the team to correct and prevent recurrence.
  • Assist in generating inspection procedures and measurement work instructions, as well as designing inspection and measurement solutions.
  • Provide guidance to Quality Technicians on part quality disposition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge and experience in statistical process control and advanced statistical techniques.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to work individually in a team environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
