Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, evaluating, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care to achieve positive outcomes. You will work collaboratively with the patient, their family, and other healthcare team members to provide individualized care and support.
Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' needs
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida or compact state
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
