About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Preschool Sports Coach to join our team at Amazing Athletes. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering our unique sports and fitness program to young children, aged 18 months to 6 years old, at various preschools and daycare centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and interactive sports and fitness sessions to preschool-age children
  • Travel to different locations to conduct sessions, including preschools and daycare centers
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with directors, teachers, and staff at each location
  • Participate in ongoing coaching development evaluations and training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the company by providing exceptional coaching services
Requirements
  • Must reside within Morris County, NJ
  • Must demonstrate a high level of energy and enthusiasm for coaching preschool and school-aged children
  • Prior experience in a related field, such as preschool teaching, camp counseling, or coaching, is preferred
  • Must be dependable and able to arrive on time for sessions
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 3-5 days per week
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 12 months to develop and grow within the company
