Job Description

As a Senior Development Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative drug delivery devices for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and generic industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and manufacture drug delivery devices
  • Oversee and guide engineering efforts across multiple programs to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Identify potential problems early and suggest options based on cost, time, and requirements
  • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Design, build, and test prototypes to characterize performance and ensure compliance with design controls
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • 5-15 years of professional experience in product development engineering design
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with a range of prototyping and manufacturing methods, including injection molding
  • Proficient with 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
