Job Summary

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead our site development team in our Framingham, MA office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing site development projects, overseeing junior staff members, and contributing to bids and proposal development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a focus on site development and utility projects. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site development projects from conception to completion
  • Oversee junior staff members and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Contribute to bids and proposal development
  • Collaborate with other design disciplines to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
  • 8+ years of directly applicable civil-site design experience
  • Management experience preferred
  • P.E. license preferred
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D software and/or MicroStation OpenSite Designer software
  • Experience with Hydraflow, ICPR, and various other hydrologic and hydraulic modeling & design programs
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other general software tools
  • Strong analytical and technical writing skills
  • Team player with ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
  • Able to execute projects and handle clients successfully with limited supervision
