Senior Manager, Marketplace – International Fulfillment Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Marketplace – International Fulfillment Services to join our team at Walmart. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global product roadmap for our Walmart Fulfillment Services and cross-border shipping programs.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage global programs and ensure seamless execution.
- Work with product and engineering teams to build a global seller experience for WFS and cross-border shipping solutions.
- Represent international priorities and inputs for global product roadmaps for WFS and cross-border shipping.
- Develop and implement global standards for WFS operations.
- Problem-solve complex and ambiguous challenges, working collaboratively across a diverse stakeholder group to meet the needs of the customer.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and 4 years' experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area.
- 6 years' experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area.
- 2 years of international marketplace growth experience.
- 2 years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
- 2+ years of experience working in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
- 2+ years of experience of Strategic Planning.
- Diverse experiences supporting retail, CPG, supply chain, sourcing, and/or M/A activities.
- Experience working in Fortune 100 finance.
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency.
- Comfort with ambiguity.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000.00-$180,000.00, annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, financial benefits, paid time off, and more.
