Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager - Healthcare to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager - Healthcare, you will be responsible for managing multiple, simultaneous, diverse projects spanning the organization with an emphasis on software development, IT infrastructure, and testing workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, IT infrastructure, and testing teams, to accomplish project milestones and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA regulations and standards for security, privacy, and transactions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a project manager in a healthcare IT or operational environment.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a matrix organization, delivering projects or managing resources that do not report directly to you.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or advanced degree preferred.
  • Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Smartsheet tools preferred.
  • Knowledge or experience with clinical data is a plus (HL7, Lab, EMR).
