Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Metalwork Fabricator/Engineer. This role involves utilizing your expertise in metal fabrication, CNC machining, welding, and design software to produce high-quality metal products. You will collaborate with a team that prioritizes precision, innovation, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and fabricate metal products such as doors, windows, and architectural cladding using various metals including steel and aluminum.
2. Operate CNC machinery to accurately cut, drill, and shape metal components.
3. Use AutoCAD and microvellum software to develop detailed project blueprints.
4. Execute welding tasks with a focus on strength and durability.
5. Ensure finished products meet quality standards and client specifications.
6. Provide technical support to the production team, addressing fabrication challenges.
7. Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to safety regulations.
8. Stay updated on advancements in technology and equipment to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of experience in metal fabrication or engineering within a manufacturing environment.
2. Proficient in CNC machine operation and metalworking tools.
3. Strong knowledge of various metals and their properties.
4. Skilled in AutoCAD and microvellum for project design.
5. Excellent welding abilities with a thorough understanding of safety practices.
6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
8. A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
