BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Northampton, Pennsylvania.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. As a home health registered nurse with BAYADA, you will have the flexibility to work independently while still being part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients in accordance with their needs and goals
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' conditions and report any changes to the clinical or client services manager
- Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by doctors
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in PA
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required
