Job Description

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

The Registered Nurse Home Health will be responsible for assessing the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of patients and developing individualized plans of care to meet those needs. This includes conducting thorough evaluations, implementing treatment plans, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or Associate's degree with relevant experience)
  • Current, unrestricted state RN license
  • 1+ year experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse
  • Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area
