Job Overview:
The primary role of the Machine Operator is to oversee and manage the operation of machinery utilized in the production of the organization's products. This position may also involve equipment setup and performing preventative maintenance on more complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with Integer Holdings Corporation's values and adhere to all safety, environmental, security, and quality standards, including Quality Management Systems (QMS) and FDA regulations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the discipline, completing tasks and resolving routine issues with some degree of independent judgment.
  • Engage in equipment setup and manage more intricate assignments as required.
  • Load materials into specific production tools and conduct finishing operations.
  • Read and interpret operating manuals, maintenance instructions, and procedural documents.
  • Visually inspect components using a microscope and/or dimensional tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Follow established documentation protocols for product manufacturing and complete necessary records.
  • Maintain and clean machinery as needed.
  • Enhance skill set through on-the-job training, cross-training, job rotations, and educational opportunities.
  • Participate in team initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience operating machinery in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device sector.

Skills:
  • Proficient understanding of technical drawings and blueprints, with the ability to interpret complex information.
  • Capability to work with small precision components.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions in English.
  • Basic knowledge of visual and dimensional inspection techniques.
