Key Responsibilities:- Participate in delivering patient-centered care, adhering to our organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Provide nursing and administrative support to clinicians and other healthcare team members.
- Perform clinical tasks and procedures under the direction of a clinician, within the scope of your professional training and individual competency.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, or modification of individualized patient plans of care under the direction of a registered nurse or clinician.
- Utilize standardized tools to identify and address health maintenance/care gaps with patients and alert clinicians on those that require attention.
- Recognize signs and symptoms of common and routine medical conditions/illnesses, implement planned nursing and medical interventions as delegated by a registered nurse or clinician.
- Document all pertinent data and outcomes of nursing care according to standardized procedures and policies.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Practical Nurse License (Washington) within 6 months of hire or Compact License: Practical Nurse within 6 months of hire.
- Practical Nurse License (Oregon) within 6 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Demonstrated clinical nursing skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Two (2+) years of nursing experience in an ambulatory care setting.
- IV therapy experience or recent certification.
- Familiarity with documenting in an electronic medical record system.
