Role Overview:

This role encompasses overseeing a diverse array of transportation initiatives, which may include new road construction, road upgrades, traffic signal installations, and comprehensive planning studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing multiple transportation projects simultaneously
  • Developing and tracking project financial plans
  • Coordinating project timelines and deliverables
  • Exercising leadership and providing guidance to team members
  • Engaging in marketing and business development efforts

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in transportation project management
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Familiarity with IDOT standards and procedures, particularly regarding Phase I and Phase II design requirements and MFT regulations, is highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A valid driver's license is required
