Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer for heat supply systems to join our team at Zenith Ventures. As a key member of our System Solutions and Operational Excellence department, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of our heat supply systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and exploit optimization potentials in energy conversion plants, especially in connected customer plants, both in practice and theory.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and efficiency of our heat supply systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in engineering, operations, or a related field, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. You will also need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
