As a key member of our team, the Wine Bar Associate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and hospitality to our esteemed guests. Your commitment to excellence and attention to detail will significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody our Vision, Values, and Beliefs in every interaction
  • Deliver first-rate service and hospitality to all patrons
  • Accurately fulfill drink orders and ensure timely delivery to tables
  • Maintain a proactive approach during service, ensuring 'full hands' on all trips to and from the kitchen
  • Assist in running food to guest tables as required
  • Uphold the quality and cleanliness of all service areas
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Certification in Alcoholic Beverage Service, compliant with local regulations
  • Valid Food Handler Certification
  • Willingness to learn and support team initiatives
  • Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is advantageous
  • Knowledge of RH's coffee offerings is a plus
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
