Key Responsibilities- Conduct sales and marketing compliance audits to identify opportunities for improvement in operating performance and controls.
- Analyze data and document findings and recommendations in audit reports.
- Present audit findings to Audit management and Divisional and Corporate management.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- At least three to five years of related work experience, preferably in a major public accounting/consulting firm or law firm specializing in consulting and/or forensic engagements related to healthcare compliance.
- Broad experience with the general healthcare industry, as well as experience conducting Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption investigations or compliance engagements.
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels on a one-to-one basis.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Domestic and international travel is required during a typical year at a rate of 60-70%.
