Job Summary:

Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Medical Equipment Service and Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering and servicing medical equipment to healthcare facilities across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and service medical equipment to healthcare facilities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing of medical equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
  • Process and maintain accurate records of equipment delivery and service, including inventory management and data entry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, educating and engaging customers on the features and functionality of medical equipment.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of delivery and service tasks.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a hospital setting or medical equipment industry preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry software.
